The services that we provide upon reaching an agreement with a client include email accounts, domain name registration, and various types of web hosting. These include dedicated server hosting and reseller hosting. We reserve the right to sell these to the customers whom we see fit. We also reserve the right to cancel any agreement or sale if we think that there is reason because of something that said customer has done or failed to do. If they choose to use illegal or malicious software in connection with a site set up through our services, we are allowed to cancel the account and shut down the website as soon as we desire.

We are also not liable for any criminal charges or monetary charges that come against our customers based on the websites that they create with the use of our servers. The customer agrees by signing these terms and conditions to pay all fees associated with such court cases, including the costs of lawyers and court dates, should those arise. We also will charge the customer for any fees that are brought upon us based on the actions that they took, the things that they did that spurred the legal action.

There are a number of different things that are considered to be illegal and are hereby banned from our site. This includes websites dedicated to hate speech, pornography, automated bots and other such programs, and sites that sell or distribute for no monetary gain things that have been gotten illegally. This could include illegal downloads of music, movies, games, files, folders, programs, and anything else that can be distributed in a digital fashion. We do not endorse these things and will terminate the account of anyone found to be spreading them through a website hosted on our servers.

Any effort to cause harm to our servers or to break down this system is cause for termination of an account. Any attempt to either upload a virus or steal information off of the servers can be cause for this same termination. The same can be said for any disrespect, slander, profanity, hate, or general dislike expressed to a member of our staff. If such a thing happens and termination occurs, we are in no way responsible for the costs. There will be no refund of any money paid out for use of our services, no matter the circumstances of the payment.
