1. How much does web hosting cost?

Pleas check our Pricing page for a full list of options. Our prices generally cover two years of service. When your subscription is close to expiring, we will send you a reminder with a renewal option.

2. How can I pay?

You can pay using most major credit cards. You can also pay via business check, but your requested domain name will not be reserved until after the check has cleared. If another client requests the name before your check clears, your money will be refunded.

3. Is credit card data secure?

Yes. We use standard encryption technology. Your credit card details will never be held in an unencrypted state.

4. How long does registration take?

The application takes just a matter of minutes! Your domain name will be submitted for registration as soon as your payment clears (with credit cards this is generally immediately). International requests can take 2-3 days to process because we must contact the relevant naming authorities. If your domain name still shows as available after that time, contact us via email.

5. Are there any restrictions on names?

Yes. Names must be between 3 and 64 characters with no spaces. Some special characters cannot be used, such as $.,#^. Names likely to or intended to cause offense will also be restricted.

6. How can I transfer a domain name to your services?

Simply visit our page on Transferring a Domain Name. The process is simple and convenient.

We will send an email to the administrative contact for the domain requesting confirmation of transfer as well as proof of identification. You will have up to 5 days to approve the transfer.

Once you have approved the transfer, your current provider will also need to approve the transfer. If they do not do so within 5 days, the transfer will expire.

7. How long will my transfer take?

The transfer can take up to 21 days.

8. How much does transferring to you cost?

Transferring to us is free, but you will be expected to sign a two-year contract with us.

9. Is there a charge to transfer from you to another web host?

Yes, to cover our administrative costs. The transfer out fee must be paid before we accept transfer requests.

10. Can I make changes to my name?

Only within the first 48 hours of registration.

11. How can I check if my name is registered?

You will need to check the WHOIS database to see if your entry now appears. Make sure all the details match your application.
